Also on the 12th of February is the unveiling of the portrait of Don Vicente Rama, Father of the Cebu City Charter.

After the successful first run of the exhibit at the City Sports Club, the second
stop for this mobile exhibit will be at the legislative Building of the Cebu City Hall on February 9, 2009.
